Instructions for Use: Beyond Words can be taken internally whenever you need support for any kind of communication process, including writing. It can also be used to help you prepare for public speaking engagements or performances, teaching classes or workshops, job interviews, and to facilitate conflict resolution in groups.
Use it for longer period of time if you need more support in communication (2 drops 4 times daily). Or use it for certain occasions when you need extra support (interview, talk, etc). You can also put 2 drops in your water bottle.
